1. Provider
Peak-Sense is operated by Atalay Menek as an independent software provider. Support can be reached at dakuunn@gmail.com.
2. Products
Peak-Sense develops software for music studios and producers, including SyncTheStudio and Session. Product availability, pricing and license details may change over time.
3. License
When software is provided under a license, users may use it according to the license terms supplied with the product or at checkout. Users may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or misuse the software except where applicable law allows.
4. User content
Users are responsible for the client records, project data, audio files, covers, notes and other content they enter into Peak-Sense products. Users must have the rights needed for any content they use.
5. Third-party services
Some features may connect to third-party services such as Dropbox or licensing providers. Those services are governed by their own terms.
6. Warranty disclaimer
Software and website information are provided as available. We aim to build reliable products, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
