Peak-Sense respects privacy and designs its software around user-owned files and clear data boundaries. This policy explains how Peak-Sense handles information through the website, SyncTheStudio and Session.
1. Provider
Peak-Sense is operated by Atalay Menek. Privacy questions can be sent to dakuunn@gmail.com.
2. Website data
The Peak-Sense website is informational. If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address, name and message content so we can respond to your request.
3. SyncTheStudio data
SyncTheStudio stores the projects, clients, notes and activity you create inside the app. This data is used only to operate the features you use, such as project tracking, reminders and the client directory.
4. Session app data
Session is designed for local and user-owned cloud workflows. Session project data, audio files, covers, notes and versions are stored locally on the user's device or in a cloud account the user connects, such as Dropbox.
5. Dropbox sync
If a user connects Dropbox, Session uses Dropbox authorization to read and write Session library files in the user's Dropbox app folder. Peak-Sense does not receive or store the user's Dropbox audio files on Peak-Sense servers.
6. Licensing and purchases
Licensing and purchases may be handled by external providers such as Lemon Squeezy. Those providers process purchase, license and payment information under their own privacy policies.
7. Information we do not sell
Peak-Sense does not sell personal information, does not operate an advertising network, and does not use user data or audio for advertising.
8. Third-party services
The apps or website may interact with services selected by the user, such as Dropbox for cloud sync, Apple services for iOS distribution, or a licensing provider for activation. Users should review the privacy terms of those services.
9. Data retention
Support emails may be retained as long as needed to answer requests, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations. Files stored in a user's Dropbox or local device remain under the user's control.
